The Others

Talk about a great twist ending! I love those! If you have to be sick as a dog you might as well watch some new movies right? This was just on TV the other night and since a friend told me it was good I decided there was no harm in watching it. The acting was pretty good. It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be but it had it's moments. I highly suggest it.

Loved this movie. I saw it alone (fun to see scarry movies alone) while I was traveling on business in San Antonio Texas. During a real intense scene a lady had her baby in the movie and the baby began fussing, she did not take the baby out, so someone yelled "Take your baby out" and she still did not, so more people yelled. Then she turned around and yelled some obscenities at the audience and threw her coke and then stormed out with her baby and todler in hand. So all of obscenities and outbursts happened in from of her todler plus, even though the movie was not scarry to me, her todler must have been frightened. I don't understand Some people.

But with all that I still loved the movie. Nothing better than a good ghost story. This ranks up there with one of my other favorite ghost story movies "What lies beneath" with Harrison Ford and Michelle Phifer.

Stopping by from the goodreads list. I too LOVED this show- this is what I consider a perfect show because it has a great story and you don't know how it is going to end. Unpredictable. And I too HATED 10,000 BC. I watched the first 20 minutes and then left the room to read-- time well spent! My husband bought the movie to take with him to Afghanistan and he left it here after watching it!
And this hate group you mention...I have seen them in action unfortunately. They protest at soldiers funerals and memorials. It is absolutely sickening.

Oh, and I was raised in Ogden! The armpit of Utah!! haha
