So, yesterday after reviewing some seriously horrible pictures of myself and crying my little eyes out I decided it's time to get serious about eating right, looking better, but most importantly: feeling better! I'm taking Metabolife, I'm going to cut the bad stuff out of my diet, and I will get my butt to the gym(the bolded words are a reminder for me). The problem is, I've never ate healthy in my life and I really don't know how. I don't know what's a good amount of calories for a meal. How much protein should there be? How much sugar is too much? How much sodium is too much? This is going to be tough. If anyone is willing to help me with this please do, I'm going to need it. Got any good recipes for a healthy dinner? Throw them my way! Got a little exercise secret that helped you take care of a unsatisfactory part of your body? Please, I'm begging you, don't keep it to yourself! I seriously need all the help I can get!

You could use part of your lunch break to use the free gym upstairs. That's my exercise tip.
My eating tip is to stick with lean meats (fish, poultry, etc), veggies, fruits, and whole grains.
Do weight training at Gold's. When I get back from LA I'll show you what I do. And classes, but you said you don't like those. Pilates kicks my butt though (actually, my abs. it's really good for the waist area)
Food? Keep it simple. My recipe blog has lots of healthy ideas. Steam veggies or saute them with olive oil. Eat small meals every few hours instead of 3 big meals. Um, read the mlifesuppot stuff too. Kathy and Stacey know their stuff.
Let's work on this together actually. I'll need it after CA.
My favorite classes at Gold's are the spinning and yoga classes.
And paying for a trainer at Gold's is completely worth the money...or you can just have a friend that's paying for it show you what their "homework" is and you can get the same results for free. =)
